Three ways to make a meeting room more flexible
A modern meeting room should support more than one scenario: formal meetings, video calls, presentations and quick working sessions.
1. Plan the scene, not only the table
The screen, camera, lighting and background are as important as the number of seats.
2. Keep control simple
The easier lighting, display, blinds and systems are to operate, the less time is lost at the start of meetings.
3. Leave room for change
Furniture and solutions that can be rearranged or expanded give the room a longer useful life.

Flexibility is not about having more devices; it is about moving between uses without unnecessary complexity.
