The key design challenge was to accommodate multiple functions within a unified project, including administrative offices, executive spaces, an events hall, and an employee lounge. Each area required a distinct functional approach while maintaining a consistent design identity and balancing professional environments with comfortable shared spaces.

Gulf View developed an integrated interior design approach tailored to the specific requirements of each space. The solution focused on efficient layouts, coordinated architectural details, and cohesive finishes, creating functional administrative offices, a distinguished General Manager's office, a flexible events hall, and a welcoming employee lounge.
